Practicalities

Our outpatient treatment program lasts 10 weeks, followed by 12 weeks of aftercare. Family support is available from the first day of contact and continues throughout the entire treatment and aftercare period.

During the outpatient treatment, you are not admitted to a facility. Our outpatient program is delivered online, allowing you to follow it from your place of convenience.

Admission begins with an initial phone call, arranged by completing the registration form. We will then contact you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can also sign up over the phone. During this call, we will collect some necessary information and get to know each other. We will assess your situation and determine how we can assist you. If we believe that treatment at Vista Health is suitable for you, we will promptly schedule a comprehensive intake.

In a life-threatening situation, call 112 immediately. For other emergencies, contact your GP and indicate it’s an emergency case. If the situation occurs outside office hours, call the Huisartsenpost in your area and specify that it is an emergency. Once the emergency is settled, get in touch with us, and we will provide further support.

The treatment

Our outpatient treatment program lasts 10 weeks, followed by 12 weeks of aftercare. Family support is available from the first day of contact and continues throughout the entire treatment and aftercare period.

Inpatient treatment, also known as residential or hospitalized treatment, involves patients residing within a healthcare facility for a certain period. This type of treatment offers a structured environment where patients receive comprehensive care, including medical monitoring, detox, therapy, medication management, and support services.

Outpatient treatment provides medical and psychological care to patients who do not require overnight hospitalization. It is suitable for individuals with less severe conditions or those undergoing an aftercare program following an inpatient stay. Outpatient treatment allows patients to maintain their daily routines, such as work, school, and family responsibilities, while receiving the necessary psychological and medical care.
